Manager - IT Applications

is seeking an experienced IT Applications Analyst to support, develop, and optimize our business applications, including ERP, Salesforce, CRM, BI tools, and other critical systems. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance system functionality, and support company growth., * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend technology-driven solutions.

• Analyze current processes and system configurations; document functional requirements for enhancements or modifications.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and manage IT business applications and integrations.
• Customize and configure interfaces for CRM, ERP, BI, and other applications.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as data corrections, settings changes, testing, user permissions, and error analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments on application projects (requirements, scheduling, development, deployment, UAT, go-live).
• Provide training and support to new and existing users.
• Work with third-party consultants to resolve issues or complete application projects.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and optimize system functionality.
• Participate in system implementations and upgrades, including documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
• 3+ years of experience in IT application support, development, or administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
• Hands-on experience with application integration, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with data analytics/reporting tools such as Power BI, Domo, Tableau, SQL.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
