Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including customization, configuration, workflows, business process flows, plugins, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio Experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures.
Development & Integration:
Strong development experience in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Framework, Web APIs, WCF Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications
