Technical Program Manager

The main function of this role is to provide successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities., * Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, even under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.

• Engage in program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive-level management, complex issue resolution, and team building.
• Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.
• Oversee project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.

• Bachelor’’s degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering) or finance/corporate development.
• MBA and PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Skills:

• Finance/accounting background focused on analysis and decision support (not operations).
• Strong project/program management with M&A experience.
• Ability to handle projects and fluid, shifting timelines.
• AI tooling proficiency.
• Proficiency with G Suite and virtual data rooms.
• Proactiveness with a strong sense of urgency.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $130.00 - $136.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
