  • Interprets experiment results, validates statistical significance, and develops actionable recommendations for product and commercial stakeholders.
  • Communicates experiment outcomes through clear presentations and compelling data storytelling, enabling stakeholders to understand results, trade-offs, and recommended actions.
  • Maintains experimentation documentation, supports governance and established best practices, and contributes to continuous improvements that increase experimentation efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensures data integrity and quality by leveraging proven methodologies, including data reconciliation, data integration, and data auditing.
  • Uses a strong technical toolkit, including Optimizely for testing, Python/PySpark/SQL for programming and analysis, Databricks and Excel for data manipulation, and Tableau and/or PowerPoint for reporting, to run experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on UX design, marketing, economics, mathematics, statistics or related discipline, or an additional 2 years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with experience wrangling large datasets using programming languages such as SQL and/or Python.
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a strong sense of curiosity - must be extremely organized and detail oriented with an ability to make proactive recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to communicate complex ideas to various audiences in both a technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly skilled in presenting data-driven strategic insights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

  • Experience in the airline industry.
  • Understanding of causal and uplift models.
  • Prior work in retail, guest experience, e-commerce, or consumer-facing technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience working in Databricks and enterprise cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
  • Advanced working knowledge of experimentation design, implementation, and tools (AB, MVT, Multi-Armed Bandit; CSS, HTML; Optimizely).
  • Experience with Python/Apache Spark (PySpark) and scientific related frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, NumPy, SciPy, and similar tools).
  • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with other teams, valuing diversity and inclusivity.
