Job description
- Drive Innovation growth by coaching leaders to lead with DBS: applying DBS tools and fostering an inclusive culture.
- Own and execute a collaboration agreement between an OpCo and DBSO
- Guide strategic innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Innovation KPIs with a strong focus on IPV and RA. Mentor teams to achieve excellence.
- Lead through influencing all levels of the organization, from Senior Leaders and Functional Leaders to Project Managers and practitioners in functional areas.
- Advocate for innovation, supporting or managing tool improvements, adoption and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in science or technology with 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management or Product Marketing or Strategy
- Hands-on experience in defining strategies or a member of the OpCo Strat team
- Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset. A truly strategic mindset - able to navigate from “big problem” to “specific issue”. Ability in dealing with ambiguity
- Coach senior leaders by leveraging facts/data and asking critical questions to get to true “root causes”
- Proven track record of the ability to deliver results and new product developments through applying DBS fundamental (e.g. Solving problems with PSP, leveraging Daily and Visual Management), Customer Insight (CI), Customer-Centric Product Definition (CPD), Launch Excellence (LEX)
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Willingness to travel internationally, minimum 50%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Current CP/ACP in at least one of the following DBS Innovation tools: Customer Insight (CI); Launch Excellence (LEX), Customer-Centric Product Definition (CPD), Differentiated and Defensible Value (DDV)
- Hands on experience in leading Policy Deployment (PD)
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for organizational transformation
- Comfortable with remote working

- Dental insurance, The annual salary range for this role is $160k-$180k USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
