Test Systems Engineer - Senior

• Guides mid-level and junior-level system engineers performing test and evaluation across the NSG, ASG and federal agencies
• Performs testing of applications and application programming interfaces (APIs) in DevOps pipelines utilizing quality assurance measures established by the government and industry best practices.
• Performs independent integration testing on system software and hardware to determine the system’s compliance with specified requirements
• Plans and executes manual test, and automated test scripts using scripting and programming languages

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Test Systems Engineer to join our team, supporting the Government in leading application, system, and integration testing efforts across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied Systems of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal Agency partners. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, mission-ready GEOINT systems through rigorous testing and evaluation within complex enterprise environments., * 12+ Years of experience in systems integration and testing within large, complex environments (e.g., systems of systems, SOQ, cloud, on-prem, or hybrid architectures)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related STEM field (or equivalent experience: 4 additional years with no degree, or 2 years with a non-STEM degree).
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Strong experience with Agile, traditional, and DevOps development methodologies and associated testing practices
• Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience
• Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience, * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related STEM discipline
• Experience with JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee, GitHub/GitLab (or equivalent software packages), Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash, Curl, XML, JSON, and SQL
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS or C2S
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
• Working knowledge of software development frameworks, * Ability to work onsite in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment, as required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with government customers, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to support technical planning, risk identification, and system improvement initiatives
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines

Education Qualifications:
