Job description

Location: Irving, TX Salary: $55.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: This is an Agentic AI Developer role based in Irving, TX or Alpharetta, GA (100% Onsite). The position focuses on designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that go beyond static prompt engineering. The developer will architect resilient workflows capable of planning, tool use, memory management, and autonomous execution transforming cutting-edge LLM agent research into scalable enterprise applications

. Key Focus: This role is about bridging AI research with enterprise-scale deployment. The developer will:

  • Architect autonomous agent workflows with advanced reasoning and orchestration.
  • Integrate long-term and short-term memory systems for adaptive decision-making.
  • Build robust tool-use pipelines enabling agents to interact with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

1-2+ years of hands-on experience focused on LLM/AI applications.

Programming & Engineering:

Expert-level proficiency in Python

Strong background in asynchronous programming, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and unit/integration testing for AI systems.

Agent Frameworks

Demonstrated experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, LlamaIndex Agents, or Semantic Kernel.

API & Tool Integration

Proven track record building RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, function calling architectures, and model tool definitions.

Vector Databases & RAG

Hands-on experience with Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, or Chroma.

Expertise in hybrid retriever architectures for scalable memory and search.
