Job description

· Administer and manage Databricks platforms across Azure/AWS.

· Manage security policies, Unity Catalog, access controls, and governance.

· Monitor platform health, performance, and costs; support FinOps activities.

· Handle incident resolution, troubleshooting, and production support.

· Support Databricks migrations, platform maintenance, and new tool integrations.

· Implement automation using Terraform, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible.

· Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and security teams on best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Databricks SME/Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Azure Databricks, platform administration, security, and production support., · Strong Databricks Administration / Azure Databricks Administration experience.

· Excellent production support and incident management experience.

· Knowledge of Databricks security, Unity Catalog, Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud networking.

· Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and IaC/automation.

· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 8-10+ years overall, with significant Databricks platform administration experience.
