A exciting opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area of BAE Systems Aerospace and Mission Systems (AMS) Segment. This candidate would serve as the finance lead for the SALT sustainment programs in the lasers portfolio (Optics and Countermeasures (OCM) program area). In addition, this individual will be responsible for the Multi-Class Soft Kill System (MCSKS) development program which also falls in our laser portfolio. This individual will be responsible for the financial execution and analysis including planning and baseline integrity, internal reporting, Earned Value Management, compliance and financial salient forecasting. The candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise, and guidance to program managers and control account managers. The candidate would be a self-starting individual who acts as a full-business partner. The individual will work cross-functionally to provide value-added data analysis and recommendations to support program team decisions. This opportunity offers the employee line of sight into the broader lasers portfolio and an opportunity to work closely with the program area leadership. This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, therefore, it will be conducted in a hybrid work format with time split between working onsite and remotely.
