Job description

The Senior Workday People Insights Analyst is responsible for building, maintaining, and enabling Workday reporting and dashboard solutions that help stakeholders access reliable, actionable workforce data. This role combines hands-on reporting and dashboard development with consultation, analysis, and stakeholder support.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Workday dashboards, reports, discovery boards, and related data solutions

  • Translate HR COE, HRBP, and business stakeholder needs into practical reporting, dashboarding, and insights solutions

  • Consult with HR COEs on program measurement, data needs, dashboard requirements, and recurring reporting support

  • Conduct analysis to identify workforce trends, answer stakeholder questions, and support program and talent decisions

  • Maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and support consistent definitions and reporting practices

  • Enable stakeholder self-service, promote dashboard adoption, and partner with the Principal and HR Technology on standards and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • BA or Adv. Degree where Req’d
  • 5+ Years of Experience in analytics and reporting; In lieu of degree, 7+ years exp.

What We Like

  • Expertise in Workday Prism, Report Writer, Composite Reports, Worksheets, Calc Fields, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards
  • Knowledge of Workday security framework, including security groups, domains, and related reporting access considerations
  • Experience in advanced data and visualization tools, strongly preferred (i.e. R, Tableau, etc.)

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
