Gen AI Product Owner

• Analyze incoming GenAI use cases to understand business goals, map technical requirements, and identify platform dependencies or capability gaps.
• Guide tenant teams through the full onboarding lifecycle - ideation, requirements, integration, testing, and production readiness.
• Review technical workflows (including Python code) to validate assumptions, diagnose issues, and determine when SME engagement is required.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges across data flows, APIs, authentication, and platform components to ensure smooth progression toward production release.
• Monitor operational health of onboarding pipelines and escalate blockers proactively.
• Identify and drive process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation opportunities to scale onboarding efficiency.
• Maintain clear documentation, workflow guides, and onboarding artifacts for tenant teams.
• Coordinate delivery timelines, track milestones, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and platform engineering.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.

• Product Owner - Enterprise GenAI Platform
• Strong business analysis skills - ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Technical acumen: Python familiarity, understanding of data flows, API patterns, and integration troubleshooting.
• Data literacy: comfort exploring datasets, schemas, and performing basic data troubleshooting.
• Systems thinking: ability to identify platform dependencies, capability gaps, and integration risks end-to-end.
• Stakeholder management: skilled at guiding teams through onboarding milestones and maintaining alignment.
• Process optimization: experience improving workflows, documentation, and tooling.
• Project/delivery coordination: ability to track progress, manage timelines, and remove blockers.
• Structured communication with technical and non-technical partners., * Generative AI familiarity: LLM concepts, prompt workflows, RAG patterns, responsible AI considerations.
• Product mindset: ability to identify platform capability needs and contribute to feature definition.
• Automation/tooling experience: dashboards, lightweight workflow tools, or scripting for operational scale.
• Agile / SDLC experience.

Pay Range*: $65- $68 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
