SAP Engineer

1. System Operation & Maintenance * Monitor the operating status of enterprise systems (SAP, SRM, CRM) and their interfaces, identify alerts, and resolve performance bottlenecks. * Respond promptly to system incidents and ensure uninterrupted operation of critical business processes, including production, procurement, and sales. * Execute system data backup procedures and periodically test disaster recovery processes.

2. Business User Support * Provide SAP technical support to business departments and resolve daily operational issues and user inquiries. * Configure and audit SAP system authorizations to ensure proper access control and prevent misuse of permissions. * Develop and maintain SAP operation manuals and provide system training for employees and business partners.

3. Data Management & Analysis * Maintain SAP master data and ensure data synchronization and accuracy across integrated systems. * Extract and analyze business data, providing management with decision-making support and recommendations for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement.

4. Project Support, Security & Compliance * Assist in new module implementation, functional testing, and system upgrades. * Participate in emergency support activities and respond to critical business requirements outside regular working hours, such as month-end closing.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bilingual in English & Mandarin is a plus

Education: Bachelors

Experience: 4-7 years

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years of IT operation and maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in at least two of the following systems: SAP (FICO/MM/SD), OA, SRM, and CRM. Familiar with databases (SQL/Oracle), system integration, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
