Develop reusable business metrics, KPI frameworks, and semantic models.

Apply best practices in data modeling, analytics engineering, and data governance.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise BI solutions.

Performance & Production Support

Monitor and optimize report execution, refresh performance, and platform responsiveness.

Diagnose and resolve report, dashboard, dataset, and database performance issues.

Perform root cause analysis and production support activities.

Ensure reporting solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
