Job description

We are looking for a part-time DevOps engineer to support a new instance of our SaaS to be hosted in AWS GovCloud. The Lead DevOps engineer is located outside the USA and we have a new client that requires GovCloud with only US Nationals having access. This will be some focused hours to get the instance set up, but after that just helping with releases; those will also be going out to our main non-gov instance managed by our lead engineer, you just need to deploy the same to the GovCloud instance.

Requirements

The tech stack is Groovy/Grails/Java with a modern architecture (all < 6 years), hosted on AWS with Kubernetes. You should have at least 4 years of experience with DevOps for SaaS on AWS, preferably GovCloud. Applicants should have a university degree in a technology field.

Benefits & conditions
