Job description

o About the Role** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Security Analyst - Junior to join our Cyber Engagement team. o This fully remote contract position involves understanding, measuring, and delivering social engineering simulations, campaign analysis, and actionable recommendations to support a more secure-minded workforce. o The role offers potential for extension and involves a one-round panel interview process. o Responsibilities - Research and monitor the social engineering threat landscape to inform risk-based simulation priorities and timely response recommendations. o Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate social engineering simulations and testing, including phishing and vishing scenarios. o Analyze campaign performance and user trends to identify patterns and opportunities for focused training. o Translate simulation results into practical training recommendations and behavior-focused improvement opportunities. o Support event-driven reinforcement for unplanned or time-sensitive communications. o Develop metrics, dashboards, and summaries that connect human insights to business outcomes. o Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes. - Collaborate with various teams to align messaging and learning needs. o Support external vendor relationship management for simulation and response capabilities.

Requirements

Education Qualification - 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, social engineering simulation, or related security discipline. Required Skills - Experience in designing and measuring social engineering simulations and user awareness campaigns. Ability to transform security and user behavior data into meaningful metrics and risk-informed recommendations. o Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools for developing dashboards and reporting. o Proficiency in analyzing complex data in Excel and presenting findings clearly. o Ability to write and execute SQL queries. o Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. o Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
