Front-End React Developer

Client is seeking an Junior to Mid-Level Front-End React Developer to join the Payments Engineering team supporting Chase.com. This role focuses on modernizing customer payment experiences including Zelle, Wire Transfers, Money Transfers, and Payments. The ideal candidate should have strong React fundamentals, modern UI development experience, and a willingness to learn enterprise-scale engineering practices., * Develop responsive React applications and reusable UI components.

• Build and maintain customer-facing payment applications.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs.
• Write unit and automation tests using React Testing Library and Playwright.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Take ownership of assigned features and deliver high-quality solutions.

• 2+ years of Front-End Development experience
• React.js (v18 preferred)
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• HTML5 & CSS3
• React Testing Library
• Playwright
• GitHub
• AWS exposure
• REST API integration
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
