Job description

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will support our customer on the contract in the Arlington, VA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of secure cloud infrastructure supporting the migration of legacy DoD applications into cloud environments across multiple classification levels, including DoD Impact Level (IL) 4/IL5.

  • Administer and sustain secure cloud infrastructure across multiple classification levels, including DoD IL4/IL5, supporting legacy application migrations
  • Automate deployments and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform and/or Azure ARM templates) within controlled change/configuration management processes
  • Operate and harden core services (Linux-based systems, VMs, containers, storage, and networking) in secure cloud environments
  • Monitor and optimize availability, performance, capacity, cost, and security posture using enterprise monitoring/observability tools
  • Ensure compliance and authorization readiness by applying STIGs and supporting RMF/NIST/DoD 8140 controls, evidence collection, vulnerability remediation, and ATO activities
  • Provide mission operations support: troubleshoot complex issues, implement backup/DR/BC procedures, maintain documentation, interface with government stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support 24/7 on-call rotation

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5 + years of experience within the following:
  • Demonstrated experience administering secure Linux-based systems in compliance-heavy environments
  • Hands-on experience applying STIGs and supporting RMF control implementation and evidence collection
  • Experience supporting cloud-hosted workloads (compute, network, storage) within controlled change/configuration management processes
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with government stakeholders
  • Linux Stack
  • Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
  • NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Cloud Security and Change/Configuration Management experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and SCI
  • Ability to be on site in Arlington, VA 4 days a week

  • CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs . The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,000 to $229,100 .

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors , including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance .
