Job description

  • Manage and monitor the re-wrapping of IMF packages utilizing transcoding tools.
  • Validate re-wrapped packages, manage validation queues, and perform spot checks to ensure quality standards.
  • Oversee the uploading process of re-wrapped packages into the Keystone content management system.
  • Create work orders within Keystone and coordinate the migration of audio and subtitle files from storage servers.
  • Track and report weekly progress on IMF, dub, and subtitle backfill queues to ensure timely delivery.

Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Content Migration Project Consultant to join their team. As a Content Migration Project Consultant, you will be supporting the Content Administration department, focusing on managing and executing content backfill projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, aligning successfully with the organization’s goals., * At least 1+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Project management experience, including managing multiple deadlines and projects.
  • Understanding of technical specifications in television technology, including familiarity with file formats and metadata.
  • Experience with database management and the ability to manage and action trackers effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and collaboration tools such as Google Drive, SharePoint, Smartsheets, Airtable, and Slack.
