Now Hiring: AI Automation Consultant / AI Solutions Architect (Part-Time, Remote)

We are an established land surveying company seeking an innovative AI Automation Consultant or AI Solutions Architect to help us transform the way we work.

We are not looking for someone to simply use AI for writing emails or creating documents. We are looking for a strategic partner who can identify opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence throughout our business, streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity across multiple departments.

This role will work directly with company leadership to develop and implement a practical AI roadmap that delivers measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate our current workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate administrative and operational processes.
• Improve project management, scheduling, documentation, and internal communication using AI.
• Develop AI workflows for proposal generation, document organization, quality control, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in surveying, GIS, CAD, LiDAR, drone data, and geospatial workflows.
• Integrate AI with existing business software and platforms whenever feasible.
• Train employees on AI tools and establish best practices for adoption.
• Recommend emerging AI technologies that can improve efficiency and scalability.

• Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions for businesses.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, workflow automation, and business process optimization.
• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with engineering, surveying, construction, architecture, GIS, or related technical industries is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
