Computer Bench/ Field Technician

Duties - Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with computer hardware and software. - Analyze and interpret schematics and technical documentation to identify and resolve technical problems. - Conduct software troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with operating systems and applications. - Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment. - Provide field service support by visiting client sites to diagnose and repair equipment issues. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks. Skills - Proficient in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions. - Experience in equipment repair, including the use of hand tools. - Ability to analyze technical schematics and documentation. - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. - Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques. - Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
