SAP Finance Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled SAP Finance Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing and optimizing SAP financial solutions that drive organizational success. Your expertise will empower clients to streamline their financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and achieve strategic goals through enterprise-wide SAP finance modules. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects, collaborate across functions, and influence organizational change with cutting-edge technology., * Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet client-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement using SAP solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and timeline management in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate change management initiatives by communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis and data analysis to support decision-making and optimize financial workflows.
• Develop detailed documentation such as process maps, functional specifications, and training materials to support implementation efforts.
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation by troubleshooting issues, conducting system upgrades, and recommending enhancements for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in enterprise solutions implementation within SAP Finance modules and large-scale organizational change management.
• Strong strategic planning skills combined with expertise in project management and process mapping methodologies like Lean management.
• FERC & TAX related experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and business documentation purposes.
• Background in management consulting or business consulting firms with a focus on technology-driven transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration across departments through cross-functional teamwork.
• Deep understanding of business analysis techniques, research methods, and business development strategies related to enterprise solutions.
