Job description
- As a Salesforce Administrator and Strategist at 321, you will manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments while helping clients develop effective CRM strategies. You will combine hands-on Salesforce administration with strategic planning to improve sales, marketing, customer service, and revenue operations.
- You will work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, recommend scalable solutions, establish CRM governance standards, and translate requirements into well-designed Salesforce systems.
- The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce administration experience and hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Salesforce Administration and Optimization
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and user access.
- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, notifications, and other platform automations.
- Manage user onboarding, permissions, role hierarchies, security settings, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Salesforce releases, sandbox testing, quality assurance, and production deployments.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements based on client needs.
- CRM Strategy and Governance
- Develop CRM strategies that align Salesforce capabilities with each client’s business goals.
- Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows, challenges, reporting needs, and growth objectives.
- Create CRM roadmaps, governance policies, operating procedures, and platform standards.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop process maps, data dictionaries, user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
- Establish standards for data entry, naming conventions, permissions, integrations, automation, and change management.
- Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, customer journeys, audience segments, data extensions, and automations.
- Build and optimize email, SMS, and multichannel customer communications.
- Work within Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and other Marketing Cloud tools.
- Develop segmentation, personalization, and behavioral-trigger strategies.
- Support integrations between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, websites, lead sources, and third-party systems.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliverability, customer engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable marketing and data privacy requirements.
- Integrations and Data Management
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using native connectors, APIs, middleware, and webhooks.
- Support data imports, exports, migrations, cleansing, mapping, and synchronization.
- Maintain data quality through duplicate management, validation rules, normalization, and routine audits.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate with developers or vendors when needed.
- Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Monitor data integrity across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Client Consulting and Support
- Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert and strategic advisor for assigned client accounts.
- Recommend solutions based on Salesforce best practices and client business requirements.
- Conduct client training sessions and create user documentation.
- Provide ongoing platform support, troubleshooting, and strategic recommendations.
- Help clients improve Salesforce adoption and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with client strategists, project managers, developers, and marketing teams across multiple accounts.
- GoHighLevel Support
- Support GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, pipelines, forms, calendars, campaigns, and integrations when needed.
- Help clients connect GoHighLevel with Salesforce and other sales or marketing systems.
- Apply consistent CRM governance and data management standards across Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
- Assist with CRM evaluations and migration projects involving Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
Requirements
- Four or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and current Salesforce automation practices.
- Experience developing CRM strategies, governance policies, and platform roadmaps.
- Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data quality, platform security, and access management.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, middleware, and third-party integrations.
- Experience with data migrations, mapping, cleansing, and duplicate management.
- Understanding of email marketing, customer journeys, audience segmentation, deliverability, and marketing compliance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities.

Detail-oriented approach with a passion for process improvement and system efficiency. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
- Experience administering or implementing GoHighLevel.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Experience working in an agency, consulting, or multi-client environment.
- Experience supporting Salesforce migrations, system redesigns, and large-scale data projects.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email templates and landing pages.
