This is not a back-office mapping role. As our GIS Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of spatial analysis, data storytelling, and commercial real estate strategy. You’ll produce high-quality geographic and demographic materials that directly shape how our brokers win clients and close deals. Your work will be seen, used, and valued - every day.
You’ll work independently and in close partnership with brokers, transaction managers, and leadership to deliver intelligence that makes our team stand out in a competitive market., * Develop location intelligence deliverables - traditional and web-based - using a powerful combination of geospatial analysis, data analytics, and graphic design.
- Extract, interpret, and visualize demographic and market data from multiple sources, presenting it clearly in maps and reports that tell a compelling story.
- Proactively reach out to brokers and team members to define project scope and explore the best approach - don’t wait to be asked.
- Build strong working relationships with brokers and transaction managers; become their go-to resource for spatial insights and client deliverables.
- Contribute to and maintain a best-in-class library of GIS products, templates, and workflows shared across the team.
- Drive quality assurance using established standards and practices to ensure every deliverable reflects our brand.
- Support team members with analysis, research, and new processes / tools.

- 2+ years of hands-on GIS experience
- Proficiency in ESRI software suite: ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Advanced proficiency or mastery in the full ArcGIS Suite
- Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with retail site selection, trade area analysis, or market intelligence workflows
- Experience with project management tools and structured workflow systems
- Experience with the latest AI platforms
