Data Analyst / Bookkeeper

Arsenault Dermatology is in an exciting growth phase, expanding our award-winning patient care services across Manatee and Sarasota counties. The Data Analyst / Bookkeeper is responsible for daily cash management, accounts payable, income and balance sheets, and data analysis. Attention to detail, to ensure accurate posting and allocation of all revenue and expenditures is key. The Data Analyst / Bookkeeper will support the management team by analyzing and providing financial information to the Owners and Chief Operations Officer. This position is perfect for the independent, self-starter who thrives in a growth environment., * Accounts Payable

• Journal entries and general ledger
• Cash forecasting
• Financial reporting - creating division-based reports for each specialty, location, provider, etc.
• Bank reconciliations
• Data Analysis, including using Excel and Business Intelligence platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in bookkeeping
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Bill
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office products.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and practices specific to the physician’s office. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
