DATA ANALYST

As a Data Analyst at SIKKY Manufacturing, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with various departments within the company to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement., Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends

• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Identify patterns and trends in data and provide actionable insights to the management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance
• Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues and work with IT to resolve them
• Develop and implement data quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets and extracting insights from complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
