Job description
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) will serve as the senior technology executive for the enterprise. The CIO will be responsible for developing and executing a unified IT strategy across all operating companies and locations while aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives. This role will require periodic travel to operating companies and facilities to support strategic initiatives, operational alignment, and collaboration across the organization.
This role will lead efforts to modernize systems, improve operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity, and build a scalable technology foundation to support continued growth across a complex multi-entity manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT strategy across multiple business units and manufacturing facilities
- Oversee ERP systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
- Standardize and improve IT processes across locations
- Partner with operations leadership to identify automation and technology improvements
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud technologies, AI, analytics, and system modernization
- Manage enterprise IT budgets, vendors, and strategic technology investments
- Build and mentor high-performing IT teams across multiple locations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology management?, Do you have a Master of Business Administration?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Executive or senior leadership experience overseeing multi-site operations
- Strong experience with ERP systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and manufacturing technologies
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives and organizational change
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Preferred Experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS)
- Manufacturing ERP systems (Epicor, Sage, etc.)
- OT/IT environments
- Cybersecurity governance and compliance
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
