Job description

We are looking for a Junior Linux Engineer to join our Cloud services team . This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge in Linux, Docker, and Ansible-level concepts. Someone who is eager to grow and gain real hands-on experience in system administration and production operations.

Partner with the best

You will be responsible for monitoring system health, identifying incidents, escalating issues, and performing routine operational tasks. You will work closely with senior engineers to resolve problems and continuously improve system reliability.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing monitoring shifts to ensure system availability and performance.

  • Identifying incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate according to procedures.

  • Document incidents, steps taken, and outcomes clearly.

  • Following predefined runbooks and procedures to ensure consistent handling of events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

  • Have foundational knowledge of Linux administration (file systems, permissions, processes, networking basics).

  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Docker/K8S (running containers/pods, basic images, logs, and troubleshooting).

  • Show basic understanding of Ansible language concepts (registers, memory layouts, low-level operations).

  • Have familiarity with command-line tools, SSH, and common system utilities.

  • Have ability to follow procedures and escalate issues accurately.

  • Be available for on call out of hours in an existing on-call rotation
