Sr Java Developer

• Work with project manager, technical leads, business owners to understand the requirements and develop the application according to the specifications
• Understand and support existing systems, including resolving operational issues
• Troubleshoot problems, whether due to data or software, and work to rapidly implement fixes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• ·Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 8 years of related experience with Java, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the financial industry is a plus!
• Spring Boot, REST APIs, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, SQL, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Linux, and microservices architecture.
• Expert SQL/Database Query experience required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience developing cloud-native applications and services.
