Job description

Seeking an experienced IBM iSeries CL Programmer to perform application programming, maintenance, enhancement, integration, testing, and production support for client services systems., Develop, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot applications on IBM iSeries. Develop and maintain CL programs, scripts, jobs, and application-processing workflows. Perform business and systems analysis for existing and new applications. Gather requirements directly from business customers. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance systems supporting inventory, labor, billing, payments, and reconciliation. Support integration of internally developed systems with central client systems. Perform application testing, debugging, implementation, and production support. Work closely with other IBM iSeries programmers, technology teams, and customers. Review and test work performed by other programmers when required. Rapidly develop knowledge of existing client services applications and processes.

Required Skills Strong IBM i / iSeries / AS400 experience Strong CL programming IBM iSeries application development and support Business and systems analysis Requirements gathering Application troubleshooting/debugging Testing and implementation experience

Preferred Skills RPG IV and/or RPG III Higher Education IBM iSeries experience PeopleSoft integration Identity Management ARCAD Townsend/Perplexity Java or PHP

Requirements
