Field Manager - Traffic Data Collection

• Overseeing project execution
• Training field technicians
• Providing guidance and support to staff during field operations
• Maintaining accurate project and field documentation
• Installing field equipment
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Ensuring that the quality of work aligns with company standards and client expectations
• Auditing both incoming field reports and data submissions

Additional responsibilities include submitting reports related to field operations, challenges, and overall progress.

Applicants must have an open schedule to accommodate a mixture of day/night work assignments. Travel is required for this position (up to 2 weeks at a time).

A growing traffic data collection company is looking to fill one (1) open Field Manager position. Applicants should be interested in learning a new industry with opportunities for growth.

No prior experience in traffic data collection is necessary, only prior management experience is preferred. Field Managers will receive thorough training on all equipment, software, and procedures used for the safe and accurate collection of data.

This is a full-time, field-based role focused on conducting field work and managing a team of field technicians., * Applicant must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs

• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required
