Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Architect / Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, Java, Microservices, AI/GenAI, and modern application architecture., * Design, develop, and architect scalable full-stack enterprise applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and Java.

Build modern, reusable, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications.
Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Java.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed services.
Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
Define application architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
Participate in solution design and technical architecture discussions.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, backend engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Perform code reviews and ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural issues.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership and guidance.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.

Requirements

10+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
Strong experience with Next.js.
Strong proficiency in Java and backend development.
Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
Experience with AI/GenAI technologies or AI-enabled applications.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and modern application architecture.
Experience with enterprise-grade, scalable web applications.
Strong architecture / solution design experience.
Experience with code reviews, technical leadership, and mentoring.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing end-to-end full-stack solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience integrating AI/GenAI into existing applications or business workflows.
Strong understanding of cloud-native and modern application development practices.
Experience with performance optimization, security, and scalability.
Ability to balance hands-on development with architecture and technical leadership responsibilities.
