Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical operations professional for a part-time position supporting complex software integrations, customer systems, messaging workflows, and day-to-day business operations. The position may expand into full-time.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who already knows the core technologies required for the role and can contribute immediately. We are not seeking someone to train on Make.com, APIs, webhooks, MySQL, or system integrations.

Schedule: Approximately 20-30 hours per week to start, * Build, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain Make.com automations

• Integrate customer systems using REST APIs and webhooks
• Work directly with MySQL databases
• Read, construct, and troubleshoot JSON payloads
• Diagnose failures involving multiple interconnected platforms
• Connect SMS systems with third-party customer software
• Configure and support messaging workflows
• Create and manage TCR brands and campaigns
• Troubleshoot A2P messaging and campaign-related issues
• Respond professionally to customer technical-support emails
• Help onboard and configure new customer integrations
• Investigate complex problems and implement practical solutions
• Document technical configurations and system requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing processes

Additional Business Operations

As time permits, this position will also assist with general business operations, including:

• Receiving and organizing inventory
• Maintaining organized supplies and work areas
• Adding and updating products in WooCommerce
• Adding and maintaining products in Square
• Answering customer phone calls
• Researching part numbers and technical product information
• Communicating with vendors and suppliers
• Preparing quotes
• Following up with customers and sales opportunities
• Assisting with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment

Industry-specific product knowledge is not required at the beginning and can be learned over time.

Hands-on experience with Make.com / Integromat, APIs, webhooks, MySQL, JSON, and systems integration is required., * How many years of hands-on experience do you have building automations in Make.com / Integromat?
