Chief Information Security Officer

• Develop, implement, and oversee enterprise-wide information security strategies aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, and FISMA.
• Lead the design and management of scalable, secure systems architecture for cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Manage cybersecurity programs to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and availability across all IT infrastructure components.
• Establish and maintain security compliance programs, including risk management, disaster recovery planning, business continuity planning, and security audits.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate AI technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing into security operations for proactive threat detection.
• Oversee technical project management activities related to system development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and application development frameworks including React, Angular,.NET, JavaScript, Python, C#, PHP, Node.js.
• Supervise management of IT infrastructure including firewalls, WAN networks, distributed systems, APIs, ERP systems, and database environments like SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives for digital transformation projects leveraging cloud development tools and scalable system design principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring technology teams in cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats.
• Manage budgets effectively while negotiating vendor contracts for cybersecurity tools and cloud services.

We are seeking a highly strategic and technically proficient Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our organization’s cybersecurity and information security initiatives. • Demonstrated experience in technical project & program management supervision within complex organizational environments.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive leadership effectively.
• Leadership capabilities in managing diverse technology teams across multiple disciplines including IT management and business intelligence.
• Deep understanding of data management security practices ensuring integrity across databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript (React/Angular), C#, PHP; experience with APIs for system integration.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps practices for continuous deployment/delivery pipelines.
• Strong negotiation skills for vendor selection and contract negotiations related to cybersecurity solutions.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop long-term security roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
