Crane Design Engineer

• Perform engineering calculations and mechanical design for tooling used in transportation and erection activities.
• Coordinate tooling design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project engineering, supply chain, and construction teams.
• Ensure tooling designs comply with engineering standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Support execution of awarded projects and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably involving hydro generators or heavy industrial equipment.
• Strong experience with lifting equipment, crane design, access platforms, or heavy lifting systems.
• Proficiency with NX or SolidWorks CAD software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams., * Experience with hydropower equipment or power generation projects.
• Project management experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset., * Crane designing: 3 years (Preferred)
• SolidWorks: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional Engineer (Required)
