Diagnostic Software Engineer

The diagnostics team develops software solutions to validate hardware designs and support product manufacturing. You will define, design, and develop diagnostic applications, execute detailed software test plans, and collaborate with hardware and software test teams to debug product prototypes and software deliverables. You will also initiate reviews of technical objectives across functional teams.

• Excellent C programming skills
• Hands-on experience with embedded system software development
• Linux device driver development experience
• Knowledge of multitasking operating system design
• Experience with microcontrollers and embedded peripherals (I2C, ADC, DAC, USB, PCIe, SPI, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP)
• Experience with Network Processor/Fabric ASICs
• Experience with SSD, USB, NVRAM, or eMMC
• Strong passion and experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems with excellent problem-solving techniques
