Senior Full-Stack Developer (In-person, Irving TX)

We’re hiring a senior developer to build, maintain, and scale SaaS products that power both our agency and the ISL platform.

Why This Role Is In-Person

We’re looking for a developer who understands how SaaS products are used in the real world and works directly with the founders to evolve them. That kind of tight feedback loop is lost in remote environments.

This is not a ticket-driven role. You won’t be a feature factory taking direction from a PM. You’ll identify opportunities, own solutions, and launch improvements. You’ll have direct access to the founders, with no middle layers. It’s a level of product feedback and ownership most developers never get.

What You Will Build and Maintain

• CallJoyna: Our call intelligence app. Auto-joins live calls, transcribes, summarizes, and grades calls against our sales frameworks.
• Daily Stat Tracker: Production tracking system used across our sales floor and rolled out to ISL members.
• SOP Video Vault: Searchable video library of our standard operating procedures, used for onboarding and ongoing training.
• ISL Platform: Member portal with onboarding flows, dashboards, and role-based access
• New SaaS products: Ongoing development across a growing backlog

You’ll also troubleshoot, maintain, and improve SaaS products already in production.

You must be an expert across the full stack and able to contribute immediately:

• React
• Node.js
• TypeScript
• PostgreSQL
• GraphQL

What Else Are We Looking For

• 3+ years of production full-stack experience
• Ability to take a rough idea and turn it into a working product without waiting for detailed specs
• Experience building or integrating AI-driven applications
• Product sense. You push back when a feature is wrong and simplify before building
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

We run on of the highest-producing insurance agencies in the country. Alongside running the agency, we operate Insurance Sales Lab (ISL), a platform that helps other insurance agency owners build high-producing and profitable agencies. We teach what we practice.

Over the years, we have built internal tools that run our operation. These tools and systems drive results for us. We are now packaging those tools and making them available to agency owners nationwide through the ISL platform. That is where you come in.
