Machine Operator - PC Division

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator for our PC Division to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain various industrial machinery, ensuring precision and efficiency in production. Your expertise will contribute to delivering top-tier products while adhering to safety standards and quality control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work in a warm manufacturing setting…
• Conduct dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product quality.
• Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling tools, ensuring proper packaging and storage of finished parts.
• Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of hand tools and adherence to shop math principles for precise machining.

• Must have clean background and be highly reliable. Above average attendance necessary.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with factory environment operations including warehouse experience, materials handling, tooling setup, assembly line processes, and packaging procedures.
• Basic math skills for shop calculations; experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus.
