Job description

The Network Flow Manager plays a critical role in optimizing the supply chain network by leveraging digital modeling, scenario planning, demand forecasting, and analytics to ensure reliable product availability while maximizing profitability and customer service. This position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations to develop resilient network strategies, manage demand planning processes, and drive data-driven decisions that support business growth and operational excellence.

  • Lead network optimization and customer order sourcing strategies to improve service levels, supply chain efficiency, and margin performance.
  • Develop and maintain digital supply chain models and conduct scenario planning to evaluate risks, identify opportunities, and improve network resilience.
  • Manage demand forecasting processes through analysis of market trends, commercial activity, customer demand, and historical performance data.
  • Own and maintain Logility planning systems and related supply chain optimization tools, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align forecasts, inventory, capacity, and distribution strategies.
  • Analyze forecast variances, customer demand patterns, and supply constraints to recommend proactive actions and optimize business outcomes.
  • Lead S&OP demand planning activities, facilitating cross-functional consensus and supporting strategic supply chain decision-making.
  • Manage and develop the demand planning team while driving continuous improvement through process standardization, automation, and enhanced analytics capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, network optimization, scenario planning, or demand planning.
  • Proven experience leveraging data and analytics to support strategic supply chain decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, MRP/DRP, and supply chain planning processes.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience leading teams and facilitating strategic planning discussions across supply chain and business functions., * Experience with Logility, COUPA, or similar supply chain planning and network design software.
  • APICS certification.
  • Knowledge of data governance, continuous improvement methodologies, and analytics best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
