Solution Director

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead Consultant with extensive expertise in SAP Supply Chain Management and SAP S/4HANA transformations. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale implementation, rollout, and transformation programs, engage with senior business stakeholders, define solution architectures, and drive end-to-end supply chain optimization initiatives across global organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Supply Chain transformation and implementation programs. Drive solution design workshops with business leaders and process owners. Define SAP Supply Chain strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Architect solutions across SAP MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP/APO, and Ariba. Provide leadership for complex SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects. Lead global rollouts, template design, process harmonization, and deployment activities. Manage stakeholder expectations and engage with client leadership teams. Perform solution reviews, risk assessments, and governance activities. Guide functional and technical teams during project execution. Review business processes and recommend best-in-class supply chain solutions. Ensure successful project delivery in terms of scope, quality, timeline, and budget. Support presales activities, RFP responses, solution estimation, and client presentations. 12+ years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience. Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions.

Expertise in multiple SAP modules including: SAP MM (Materials Management) SAP PP (Production Planning) SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) SAP TM (Transportation Management) SAP IBP/APO SAP Ariba (Preferred), Inventory Optimization Experience leading global SAP programs and transformation initiatives. Strong solution architecture and integration knowledge across SAP landscapes. Experience in project governance, delivery management, and stakeholder management. Strong consulting, presentation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA Certification in Supply Chain modules. Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition projects. Experience with SAP Activate and Agile methodologies. Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions and digital supply chain technologies. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master’s Degree (MBA/Operations/Supply Chain) is preferred., Preferred Project Experience: Large-scale SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain implementations, global rollouts, transformation programs, and AMS engagements.
