Pega Developer

• Design and develop applications using the Pega Platform
• Create and manage workflows, case management, and business rules
• Develop UI components, activities, data transforms, and integrations
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Pega applications
• Perform unit testing and support deployment activities
• Integrate Pega with external systems using APIs and web services

• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC
• Experience with BPM and case management
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies
• Experience with Pega rules, flows, activities, and decisioning
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Pega certifications such as:

• CSA (Certified System Architect)
• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• 8+ years of experience in Pega development

• $50,000-60,000 per year
