Job description

Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
Execute manual test cases and document test results.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
Validate application data using SQL queries and perform data analysis as needed.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Provide testing status updates and quality metrics to project teams.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Ability to perform SQL-based data validation and simple query writing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., * Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
