Job description
The JLCCTC Fielding & Test Lead reports up through the JLCCTC Engineering Management team and is responsible for providing management and oversight on all integration and testing activities within the JLCCTC program. The Integration and Test Manager will directly oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, verification and validation events, exercise and event support, and Help Desk Operations.
- Coordinate planning, management, and oversight of all Integration and Testing activities
- Provide technical subject matter expertise necessary to interpret system requirements and develop/execute system test plans
- Assist engineering staff with analysis, evaluation and implementation of systems and other engineering tasks.
- Provide leadership and mentorship of team members
- Provide stakeholder management: Ensure program stakeholders are involved in test preparation, execution, and exercise/event support.
- Develop and maintain testing schedules that support program schedules
- Participate in Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Technical Meetings, and other coordination meetings with various program stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of Five (5) to Nine (9) years of experience (dependent on level of role) supporting IT projects/programs, testing, networking, integration and/or systems engineering
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, providing high-level presentations and white papers for system engineering reviews, product development, analysis, and validation and verification of engineering solutions
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Highly proficient interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Holds a minimum DOD Secret security clearance
- Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required
- Domestic and international travel to military installations in support of JLCCTC Program activities is required, * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Prior experience with the US Army Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) Program
- Prior experience with the US Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), or other Mission Command Training Complexes.
- Prior US Army military experience
- Prior management experience
