Sodexo’s HTM Division seeks an energetic HTM Director to lead clinical technology operations at Sharp Grossmont Hospital. The role manages medical devices, guides technical teams, and drives strong performance in a respected, patient focused organization.

Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa is East County San Diego’s largest healthcare facility. The 562-bed nonprofit hospital features a senior-friendly ER, a comprehensive stroke center, orthopedic surgery, behavioral health, and critical care.

Take on a vital role in maintaining and advancing cutting-edge medical technology that directly supports patient care and clinical excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager’s ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $120190 per year - $155540 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo’s incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Extensive experience leading high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing both new and existing talent.
• Professional presence and ability to engage confidently with executive leadership as well as oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance and Project Management/Capital Planning., * Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 5 years
• Related Experience: 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices
