Job description

Looking for Experienced Utilities OpenText, SAP IS-U, Cloud and Agentic AI Technical Lead to design, implement, migrate, administer, and support enterprise OpenText solutions integrated with SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA.The role requires strong Utilities industry knowledge combined with hands-on expertise across the OpenText ECM and CCM technology stack. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Tier 1 OpenText applications in complex on-premises and AWS cloud environments.

The Work:The candidate should understand both the technical and functional aspects of customer communications, enterprise content management, document archiving, SAP content integrations, billing correspondence, customer documents, regulatory communications, and high-volume document processing within a Utilities organization.The role also requires experience designing and building Agentic AI and machine learning solutions, including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, document intelligence, model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, AI-powered automation, predictive monitoring, and intelligent document processing.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Utilities , cloud and SAP with strong hands-on delivery experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience as a team lead, technical lead, or delivery lead
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText Application Support, Cloud Modernization and AI Enablement
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
