Experteer Overview As an Analytics Engineer at Netflix, you will leverage data, analytics, and models to support content performance across a vertical. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate metrics into actionable insights that shape content strategy and member value. You’ll build scalable analyses, dashboards, and tools to reveal deeper insights on how titles perform. This role sits at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business impact, offering influence on what Netflix creates and how it reaches audiences. Compensation / Benefits * Create analyses, metrics, dashboards, and tools to reveal insights into content performance * Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities that enhance the vertical’s content strategy * Work with data and insights colleagues to develop scalable solutions for the business Tasks * 3+ years of analytics experience with proven business impact * Fluent in Python and SQL for big data (Spark, Trino) * Experience engineering data pipelines and orchestrating workflows (Airflow, Metaflow) * Proficient in delivering actionable insights using regression, cohort, clustering, time series, and related techniques * Experience with visualization/BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy) * Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders * Comfort with ambiguity and self-directed project management * Growth mindset with a willingness to expand technical and non-technical skills Key requirements * Health Plans * Mental Health support * 401(k) with employer match * Stock Option Program * Disability Programs * Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts
