HVAC Technical Support

• Field technical support phone calls from both contractors and FW Webb employees
• Maintain a broad knowledge of both commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Job site visits as required to field support our contractors with trouble shooting
• Assisting with job site start-ups as needed
• Must be capable of going up on roofs with contractors
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Participate in company and factory provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
• Ability to deliver technical training in a classroom environment

Do you have a valid EPA Certification license?, Do you have experience in Mechanical troubleshooting?, * 10 years of HVAC residential and commercial service experience

• Complete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electric
• Strong trouble shooting skills to include electrical and mechanical systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Must possess a high level of customer service
• Able to work within a team environment
• Strong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word, and our CRM
• EPA certification required
• Ability to travel to Long Island & throughout the 5 boroughs
