GIS Analyst

1. Experience with Esri products, 10.x or higher including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server
2. Experience with civil engineering, planning, and surveying concepts and methodologies.
3. Experience with the design and implementation of geographic information systems utilizing a relational data base management system.
4. Knowledge of cartographic principles, automated mapping, and GIS database design concepts and database structure.
5. Create standardized mapping and data products to support business units
6. Perform GIS data input using coordinate geometry, GPS data conversion and file translations from disparate sources
7. Experience with GPS data collection process; field data collection methods, survey techniques and knowledge of accuracy standards.
8. Perform Spatial Analysis and geo-processing to generate maps and reports
9. Ability to troubleshoot errors within ArcGIS environment
10. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels within and outside the organization.
11. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships inside and outside the organization.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience with web development using technologies such as NET, JavaScript, jQuery, REST, XML, JSON, PHP, AJAX, HTML5 and CSS
2. Experience with Python and/or Model Builder
3. Experience with developing and implementing secure web GIS applications, with ArcGIS Server 10.X and higher
