Administrator - Advanced Microsoft Excel Specialist

Do you have experience in Excel data analysis?, We are seeking an Administrator with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and maintain inventory and operational spreadsheets within a manufacturing environment.

This is not a basic administrative role. We are looking for someone who is highly advanced in Excel and comfortable building, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving complex spreadsheets used for tracking, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate understands how to use Excel as a business operations tool, not just for simple data entry.

Required Excel Experience

Applicants must have advanced, real-world Microsoft Excel experience, including:

• Complex formulas and nested functions
• Pivot tables and advanced reporting
• XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data matching
• Conditional formatting and data validation
• Large dataset management
• Spreadsheet troubleshooting and error auditing
• Creating reports and dashboards
• Importing/exporting and organizing data
• Improving and streamlining spreadsheet systems

Additional Qualifications

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
