Senior SAP FSM Technical Specialist

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP FSM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective SAP FSM solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, technical specifications, process flows, and technical documentation for customizations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Design and support integrations between SAP FSM and SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
• Work with SAP APIs, middleware, and integration technologies to support seamless data exchange across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FSM issues while optimizing system performance and user experience.
• Provide expert-level support during project go-lives, hypercare, and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, system demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer activities for business and technical teams.
• Stay current with SAP FSM releases, best practices, new capabilities, and industry trends.
• Support project management activities, including status reporting, risk identification, issue resolution, and mitigation planning.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FSM Technical Specialist to lead and support end-to-end SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solution implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP FSM architecture, configuration, integrations, technical solution design, and deployment., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (SAP FSM).
• Strong understanding of SAP FSM architecture, configuration, and end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
• Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP APIs, middleware, web services, and third-party system integrations.
• Strong expertise in functional and technical specifications, process mapping, and solution design.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting SAP implementation projects through go-live and post-production support., * SAP FSM certification or equivalent SAP credentials.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or implementation environments.
• Ability to travel to Delaware as required.
