Part-Time Platform Engineer

Clearview Counseling Group is an outpatient behavioral health practice building its own internal software tools to improve patient care and practice operations. We’re looking for a Part-Time Platform Engineer to help turn our working applications into secure, reliable, production-ready systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain secure application infrastructure
• Own hosting, deployments, and technical environments
• Improve authentication, access controls, backups, and audit processes
• Review and improve AI-generated code
• Establish version control, testing, and release workflows
• Troubleshoot and maintain systems as they grow
• Collaborate with our Business Analyst who is actively developing technical skills, This is an opportunity to have meaningful ownership over technical decisions and help build the foundation of healthcare software used by a growing outpatient practice. You’ll work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to shape how we build, deploy, and scale our technology.

• 2-4 years of experience building and shipping software
• Experience with web applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of security and reliable software practices
• Comfortable using AI coding tools and reviewing their output
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and collaborate with non-engineers

Healthcare or HIPAA experience is a plus, but not required.
